How to delete your account

You can delete your account from ASAP App by yourself.

How to delete your account from ASAP App:

1. Open ASAP App
2. Login to your account
3. Go to profile
4. Open Manage Your Account
5. Tap Delete Your account permanently

Alternatively if you can log in to your account, you can email us at asaplombok@unrealgroup.co with the subject line "REMOVE ACCOUNT". Please ensure the email is sent from the address linked to your account and includes your account username to facilitate the deletion process.
